- Compliance, risk, and licensing information relevant to the client's industry (e.g. WHS, liquor licensing, AML/AUSTRAC, or AHPRA obligations, as applicable)
- Names, roles, and contact details of client staff or board members involved in completing the assessment
- Information the client chooses to provide in response to Solus RA discovery questions
Where possible, you may interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym. However, some services may require identifying information.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law. Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
